Installation Instructions

On Windows: Download and execute the CellProfilerSetup executable, and follow the prompts. The installer will add CellProfiler to your Programs menu, and a desktop shortcut, if you wish.

On Max OSX: Download and open the CellProfiler DMG. You can copy CellProfiler2.0.app to your /Application folder, if you wish.
