Our image analysis software CellProfiler has been completely redesigned and written in Python, and is available for download. New features include a sparkling new graphical interface, a test mode for experimenting with module settings, improved algorithms and more.
Monday, December 7, 2009 — CellProfiler Analyst 2.0 Released
Our data exploration tool CellProfiler Analyst has been re-released and is available for download here. The software boasts our most current advances to our Classifier tool as well as tools for visualizing and plotting data from CellProfiler.
