Incell 2000

Trying to get started with Cellprofiler but can't get system to recognise files generated by GEs In-cell 2000 system. Anything obvious I could be doing wrong ? cheers Derek

Hi Derek,
What sort of format are these files? Are they similar to a standard format (GIF, TIF, etc) but CP doesn't see them? Or does CP see them but give an error message upon loading? Either way, uploading an example file would help as well as reprinting the error (if any).
