Download Cluster CellProfiler: CPCluster

This is not the normal CellProfiler; it is designed to work on a cluster and still requires the normal CellProfiler program above to create pipelines. Because nearly all computing clusters are Linux based, we are only providing the generic Linux compiled version of this program. The source can be downloaded as well and compiled for any cluster. The files are tar-zipped, which is the standard format for Linux systems.
